Discovery & Treatment (90 min)
Your first full acupuncture visit combines a comprehensive intake and personalized treatment. We’ll review your health history, lifestyle, and goals through the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine to understand your unique makeup and the root of your symptoms. After a tongue and pulse assessment, you’ll receive an individualized treatment designed to address your immediate concerns and any underlying patterns of imbalance. This extended session is the foundation for your ongoing care plan and future treatments. ONE-TIME ONLY.

Continued Care (60 min)
For established clients, this session is designed to maintain progress, restore balance, and support your ongoing wellness. Each visit begins with a check-in and pulse/tongue assessment to evaluate changes in your condition, followed by a customized treatment. Your session includes hands-on techniques such as cupping, Gua Sha, or focused soft-tissue work to address energetic and structural patterns.

Electro-Balance Treatment (60 min)
This advanced acupuncture session integrates gentle electrical stimulation by connecting fine sterile needles to a low-frequency current to project a soft, rhythmic pulse to increase circulation, relax tight muscles, and support nerve regeneration. Electro-acupuncture is effective for chronic pain, inflammation, neuropathy, and post-injury recovery. You’ll still receive the same hands-on care from our standard sessions such as cupping, Gua Sha, or myofascial release along with your customized treatment.

Hot stones are used in all massage treatments unless requested otherwise. The combination of dry heat and warm oils help warm and loosen tight muscles and balance energy centers in the body.

Cupping is used to increase circulation, loosen fascia, help edema and break up scar tissue. Silicone, plastic and glass cups are placed on or pulled across the body after a suction is created causing the famous colored circles that have become popular among celebrities.

Gua Sha is a technique where a smooth tool is used to scrape the skin to promote circulation, lymphatic drainage, and reduce tension in the muscles. This Eastern technique intends to promote blood flow, but can leave temporary markings on the skin.
